Equipment

  • 1 Instant Pot or similar pressure cooker

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn on the cob
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  • Shuck the corn and dispose of the husks.
  • Cut the corn cobs in half.
  • Place the cobs in the Instant Pot and then pour the water into the inner pot.
  • Cook on high pressure for 5 minutes and do a quick release once the timer goes off.
  • Carefully remove the lid and use tongs to remove the corn.
  • Serve while hot with salt, butter, and seasonings as desired.
