- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1 cup water
Pour the water into the Instant Pot's inner pot and then add the rice.
Place the lid on the Instant Pot, rotating it slightly to put it in place.
Make sure the vent is turned to "sealing" and then set the pressure to high with a 6 minute cook time.
After it finished cooking, allow the Instant Pot to naturally release pressure for 10 minutes.
Fluff with a fork before serving with your favorite main dishes and other sides.
